Easygoing, tidy professional looking to buddy up

Sociable but respectful professional looking to buddy up for an unfurnished 2-bed flat or house near the Northern Line. Budget up to £1200. Big fan of gigs, cooking and a tidy home.

I'm looking to buddy up with one other person to find a two-bedroom flat or house, ideally with two en-suite rooms, although I'm flexible if the place is great otherwise. I'm not too fussed about having a big living area or a garden, but very open to it if that's something my future flatmate would enjoy.

Location-wise, being close to the Northern Line is important for me, as I spend a lot of weekends out in Camden. I currently work as Head of Project Management at a media agency and work hybrid, three days in the office and two from home. My office is inFarringdon, so decent transport links are a must.

My budget is up to £1200 per month. I'm specifically looking for an unfurnished place, as I already have all the furniture covered (including a spare bed if needed!) so I'm very set up for a fresh move.

I'm tidy, organised and pretty low-drama. I like rock and metal and go to a lot of gigs, but I’m always respectful of whoever I live with. I cook a couple of times a week and enjoy sharing food now and then, but equally happy doing our own thing. I like socializing, but I also fully respect personal space.

My partner lives abroad and I love hiking, so I travel fairly often, which usually means the flat gets some quiet time too. I don't mind cats at all. I'm ideally looking to live with another professional (guy or girl) who's easygoing, communicative and treats the flat like a home rather than a crash pad.

I’m aiming to move on or around 25 January 2026, but happy to plan and search in good time to find the right setup.
