Dani, seeking friendly and clean house share

Hello,

I’m currently on the hunt for a new room as my current flat share is coming to an end at the start of January 2025 (we are getting evicted as landlord wants to refurb!!)

My letting agents are pretty relaxed with my move out date so I was aiming for December when I have some time off work.

About me:

I’m 32, originally from Birmingham and have lived in London now for nearly 10 years.

I work as a Set Decoration Assistant in Film/TV.

My interests include: art/design, cycling, film, TV, exhibitions, music, gigs, travelling and cooking.

Generally looking for a clean, relaxed, sociable household full of like-minded people. I work pretty long hours in the week but I’m around at weekends so I would like to live somewhere a bit more sociable and homely than my current set-up (the odd house meal or pub trip would be lovely!)

Ideally need an unfurnished room as I have my own bed, wardrobe and desk.

I’m quiet but I like a chat! It’s super important to me that I live somewhere clean and that chores are distributed equally between everyone in the shared space. I would say I’m very organised (I sort out a lot of the bills and tenancy admin in my current flat) and I’m very respectful of others. I’m very open to meeting new people and making new friends.
