Friendly artist looking for outdoor space

I’m looking for a garden/outdoor space to put my off-grid caravan and awning. I currently live on land and have my own solar set up for electricity, my own kitchen and will be setting up an outdoor shower soon. I work as a live-in carer and so am away 1-2 weeks at a time so really looking to find somewhere cheap that I can come and go from, where I know my set up will be safe, and the people are nice and up for hanging out! I just need a spot that gets the sun in one area at least.

Open to location, ideally somewhere with access to wild swimming waters, and a train station within easy access is essential for my job.

I’m a tidy person, I love listening to music (not too loud!), i like to dance, to sing and jam with others, I like sharing stories, and I like having space to myself to reflect.

I love foraging and cooking. I don’t smoke anymore, so looking for a smoke free house or at least smoking kept to outdoor areas. I am coeliac so I don’t eat gluten but i do like eat a little meat and fish (and lots of tasty salads!).
I like to have a laugh and a chat. I’m emotionally available and an open book. I like to keep good communication with people so we can all live in peace and have fun together!
