Professional man seeks home

I am looking for a nice sized room in a nice clean house with a nice person, maybe two nice people. I have no expectations of grandeur, just mild comfort.

Ideally a share with one other professional person. Two other people is also as ideal.

I'm a very hard-working individual who works a day job and is also building a freelance business, so when I am at the house I am usually squirreled away on my laptop. I'm not a recluse, please don't imagine me scurrying around in the shadows to avoid conversation; I'm a fun-going guy who keeps himself busy.

Other things: running/gym, reading (legitimately), and comedy (writing it is my side gig) is all I do the majority of the time.
