Hi, I’m a friendly, respectful, and professional working male looking for a house share with just one other person. I’ve lived on my own for quite some time, but with the rising cost of living, I’m now looking to house share as a sensible way to reduce my monthly outgoings while still enjoying a comfortable home environment.

I’m ideally looking for a spacious double room with enough space for my young son to stay with me every other weekend, so a room with a little extra space would be ideal.

I’m a non-smoker, have no pets, and live a quiet lifestyle. I’m clean, tidy, considerate of other people’s space, and always pay my bills on time. I work full-time, so I’m out during the day and appreciate a relaxed, peaceful home.

A parking space or reliable off-road parking is essential, as I drive.
