Professional female looking for a self-contained studio or 1-bedroom flat in Newport.

I work locally in mental health support and am looking for a quiet, long-term place to live. Ideally I am hoping to find somewhere within walking distance of local shops (Lidl/Aldi preferred), bus routes including the 73, and access to parks, river paths or running areas as I do not drive.

I am clean, respectful, reliable and generally keep to myself. Due to work and lifestyle I value a calm environment more than nightlife or busy shared houses.

Budget ideally around £500–£800 depending on bills included.
