Looking for a double room/en-suite

Hi everyone,

I need to leave my current place in West Harrow before mid-September, and I'm looking either around the same area (Harrow).

Looking for either a completely self-contained studio flat, or a double en-suite bedroom in a shared household (ideally not more than 1 or 2 housemates)

ABOUT ME:

I'm a self-employed linguist and public speaking coach, and my budget is 700ish pcm, all in.

I'm quiet, clean and easy to talk to, and most of my former housemates will tell you that my presence in the house was barely noticeable. I'm also a pretty good cook. I work mostly from home, although that doesn't involve bringing clients over (I Zoom/Skype if I coach from home).

ABOUT YOU:

You hopefully also respect health & safety and people's boundaries (eg. you allow people to sleep at night), and you're also all around reasonable and easy to talk to.

I'm ideally not looking to lodge (=live with a live-in landlord), although I'd make an exception for the right person.

Last but not least, as I'm quite introverted I'm ideally looking to live with 1 or 2 people maximum.
