35 y/o looking for a lovely room or buddy up

My name is Katy, I recently moved back to Manchester after 8 years in London and I'm looking for either a room or to buddy up to find a cosy new home in the Ancoats or Miles Platting area.

I'm very easy going, tidy, polite, respectful and a non smoker. I'm quite social so I'd love to live with someone who'll become a friend to hang out with as well as having our own space! I enjoy fitness, reading, live music, trying new restaurants, planning my next hol amongst many other things!

I work as a Demand Planner for a haircare company and I travel to London once a week, I also occasionally work from a co-working space otherwise I WFH.

My budget is around £800 pcm for rent, would love my own bathroom and ideally parking included but not a deal breaker 😊
