Healthy chef nutritionist, whole flat no share

Hi, I am Enrico. I'm young (but mature inside), 27 and from Italy, but was born in Brazil and lived in England for 6 years. My English is fluent.

I am very clean, tidy, quiet, friendly, open-minded and respectful.

I traveled a lot and lived together with all kinds of people and all sorts of families / communities. I also lived on my own for many years.

I am very responsible, I often was left alone looking after other people's properties, without any problems.

As I am sensitive to sound and crowds (Asperger's / Autism) I like quietness and enough private space.

But I feel spending some time with different people is important to grow, so I also like sharing and the company of people, if they are relaxed.

I think for wellbeing quietness, cleanliness and tidiness are very important, I don't seek perfection, though.

I love sharing my special healthy keto food that I make, with people I like.

I dedicate mainly to healthy keto cooking and nutrition /healthy lifestyle, spiritual and personal growth (how to be happy), but also I am really into hiking and anything regarding (regenerative) farming, communities, fitness, permaculture, natural building, nature, ayurveda, tcm, yoga, spirituality, buddhism.

I have done various Permaculture courses.

I am trained in ancient and contemporary nutrition, and practiced for many years, along with healthy cooking.
I'm still studying in the academy.

I worked 4 years in hospitality (kitchen and other roles).

I'm also a former pianist and guitarist, however now I prefer silence, so I rarely play.

I do not smoke, nor I drink alcohol or take drugs.

I like to drink hot water, I find it very beneficial.

I usually cook once a day, at lunchtime.

I am omnivorous and prefer low carb food: meat (rarely), fish, eggs, tempeh, cheese, ghee/butter, good oils and always cooked vegetables, as I cannot digest raw food.
I only choose regenerative (sustainable) food, though, if possible.
