28yo Professional (Physio) looking for a room

I’m a 28yo male physiotherapist, currently working full-time around Exeter.

I’m looking for a double room in or around Exeter, ideally with an en-suite and parking. I’m hoping to find somewhere that feels like a home rather than just a room, with friendly and respectful housemates who are happy to chat and socialise occasionally but also enjoy their own space.

I’m clean, tidy and considerate, and pretty easy-going to live with. Outside of work I’m usually at the gym, playing tennis, out for a walk/hike or seeing friends. I’m a non-smoker and don’t have any pets.

I’m currently renting in Exeter, but moving out in the next few weeks. I’m flexible on move-in date and happy to provide references/proof of income if needed.
