Moving home

After living and working in Lincolnshire for 7 years, I've taken up a civil service post which involves working all over Wales but lets me be based back at home in Gwynedd. I've lived in house-shares for several years, I think it's a great way to live if you find the right people. I'm a very considerate guy and I do my share around the house (and I'm good at fixing things!). Not in a rush to find a place, but moving in sometime in Jan or Feb would be ideal.
