Single 51yr female needing double room

I am a single 51yr old female currently living in Woodston. Ive lived in Woodston over 2years but unfortunately my landlord decided to sell the house and recently accepted an offer so it is sold. Sadly I have to now find a new home. I am currently in receipt of benefits monthly. I'm looking with a view to somewhere preferably with a long term tenancy. I would like a double room pref. with an ensuite in Fletton, Woodston, Orton or near to the town centre. References & deposit is available. Ideally I am looking to move into new property, if available, by mid August preferably asap.
