Looking for double room or large single

Spent year and half in2 houseshares before i got to where i am. Currently employed as bus driver in Stockton so surrounding areas would be perfect. Looking for somewhere where can pay first weeks rent and away you go, kind of as i am paid weekly. Preferably en suite as some of my shifts start at ungodly hours and i dont want to wake anyone up... Not that keen in hmo, like homely more, must be an age thing lol I am smart, considerate tidyand respectable. Would prefer somewhere with rentbook/contract.. for obvious reasons.
