An artist & renewable energy pro looks for a home

Hello! I need a space to live and work. I am an artist who also works with renewable energy technology. I need to be able to paint and photograph at home, as well as practice singing. I like an open minded, aesthetically pleasant environment. I am well travelled and would like someone who enjoys having interesting guests jointly, hosting and relishing.
