I need a home free of outside noises please with females.

I am a renewable energy professional who is also an artist.

I am looking for a home. I'd like to find a space in which I can live, make music, sing, and paint.

I'd love to live with someone intellectual and warm, as well.

I'd love for my home to be an inspiring space. I'd like hosting interesting guests jointly. I am administratively competent, and very communicative.
