Looking for double room or buddy up

I am currently looking to buddy up with someone to rent a two-bedroom property in Zone 2 and share the entire apartment.

A little about me: I am a tidy, respectful, and considerate person who values a clean and peaceful living environment. I lead a quiet lifestyle but am also friendly and easy to get along with. I work as a hypnotherapist and conduct sessions online from home, so I would kindly ask for some mindfulness and a reasonable level of quiet during those times.

I also respect personal boundaries and shared spaces. For example, I do not bring guests (girls)over, as I believe in maintaining comfort and mutual respect within the home.
