Seeking double en suite room in RG1, 2, 5 6 or 7

Tidy professional non-smoking female aged 26 looking for a double room with an en suite to rent full-time (& long-term, > 1 year) in the Reading/Wokingham area.

* I must be able to move in on Sunday 15th December;
* I want to get an arrangement sorted ASAP, so also need to be able to come & view potential rooms from 30th November - 4th December.

Further essential criteria are:

* must have an en-suite;
* must be within 45 minutes walk of the University of Reading Whiteknights Campus, where I will be working;
* must be fully, or at least partially, furnished;
* housemates must be at least moderately clean & tidy, & respect my privacy,.

Bonus points for:
* housemates a similar in age to me (20-35) since I don't know many people in the area & it would be nice to share with people I can socialise with, at least on occasion.
