Double Room in friendly home wanted

Hi, my name is Janay. I work full time as a paper conservator for a gallery Mon-Fri. I’m 36 yrs old and from London. I’m looking for a double room in a comfortable, relaxed and peaceful place to call home.

I’m friendly, considerate of everyone’s space, clean and tidy. Although I’m independent with own social life and activities, I’m always happy to have a chat around the house over a coffee and join in in occasional house social activities like a film, drink or pub quiz. I’ve lived both on my own and in many house shares before so I’m used to sharing and taking care of a space.

Hobbies/interests: yoga, exhibitions, walks/hiking, crafts, rollerskating, plants

I’m moving out because my landlord is selling the flat. Flexible move out/in date.

I’m looking for:
- Budget for rent + bills: £900
- Good transport links to SW1
- Double Room
- Total Household of 2 to 4 people max
- Living room preferred
- Allergic to cats unless hypoallergenic cat (but love dogs!)
