Looking for a room to rent in Epsom

Hi I'm Karen a PMO Lead working on an Electronic patient records system at Epsom hospital but office based in Epsom town centre.
I am looking for a room to rent in Epsom .
Ideally I would like to share with one like minded person of a similar age to myself.
Great if the room is en-suite but not a deal breaker.
As low a floor as possible due to finding stairs challenging.

A bit about me: ex army, worked in project management for the last few years

I have a young outlook on life I like music I like to read I enjoy a good laugh

I just want to find somewhere safe and comfortable to live
My maximum budget is £600 per month with bills included
