Hi my name is Bernette, I'm 48 single and looking for a studio flat to move into asap to call home.
I'm on housing benefit so specifically looking for a somewhere accepting DSS .also I am on PIP, I am struggled with walking so important for me Studio where I can do shower and cooking and not get or do disturb somebody with my daily need.
I am pretty flexible on location, although Mile End and surrounding areas are preferable.
My only essential would be a place which is located on the ground floor, otherwise a lift would be required.
I'm also a genuine clean freak so would treat your property as of it was my own.
References/guarantor available if required.
