Looking for a flat for 2 Professionals

Hi there,

We - Katja (33, F from Germany) and Mairéad (25, F from the US) - are currently living together in lovely Newington but sadly our landlord is selling our home, so we have to move.

We are both professionals, looking for a flat, preverrably in the old-town but open to Edinburgh as a whole, to stay together. Happy to buddy-up with a third person if the vibes match.

I, Katja, am working hybrid, mostly working from home on Fridays and occasionally on Wednesdays, so would require space for a desk for work and good Wifi connection.
Mairéad works from home occasionally as well.

We are a quiet and clean household, loving to host a nice dinner or games night.
Not too much of party people, respectful of the space and looking to make a new flat our home.

A 2-bed flat with double rooms would be ideal but we are happy to make it work if the rooms have different sizes.
3-bed flat is a possibility if we find a buddy-up.
