Room wanted in a clean & tidy Plymouth property

Wanted: A room in a smoke-free property, shared with emotionally mature people that are quiet early in the morning / late at night, that always clean and tidy up after themselves and that are not bigoted in any way.

Offered: A non-smoking, emotionally (and physically) mature fella that is quiet early in the morning / late, that always cleans and tidies up after himself and that is not bigoted in any way.

I currently live in Weston-super-Mare and work in customer service but am hoping to move down to Plymouth as soon into 2026 as possible. However, I cannot accept a job offer without first having somewhere to live so I will need to claim Housing Benefit until I have secured employment in Plymouth. As a consequence, I’m looking for a property owner that doesn’t stereotype people based on their socio-economic status.

When in Plymouth, I plan on working full-time until I return to university in September 2026 in order to complete my final year of a Masters (which I'm doing as I hope to set up a social enterprise in Nepal that will support marginalised people - so mostly women - to lift themselves and their families out of poverty)

When I return to university, I will spend all and every weekday studying in a library and will work weekday evenings and every Saturday. Sundays will be my only day off and I try to be outdoors as much as possible on those days. As such, I won’t be in a lot of the time.

As I will be unable to pass "referencing checks" and in lieu of that, I can provide references from property owners whose properties I have shared with them. Each will attest to the fact that I treat property owners and their property with respect.
