Hi, I'm Tom, I am 34 & looking for a room in a friendly house. I am available to move from end of February and have a budget of up to £1000 pcm.
Looking in Stratford, Leyton, Leytonstone, Walthamstow, West Ham, Bow, Canary Wharf or Poplar & the place must have a living room.
I am friendly, tidy and sociable & always respect other peoples space. I work for myself as a window cleaner so never work from home, would just need to be able to park somewhere nearby, happy to pay for permit etc.
I like socialising, pub quizzes, padel, football, cooking, going out, board games, travel, comedy shows, hiking, going to gigs and enjoy all sorts of sports as well as going to the gym.
My ideal place would be where the housemates sometimes socialise together maybe over dinner / watch tv and go for a drink sometimes but also respect each others space in a nice environment.
