Accommodation needed

Looking for clean double room with en-suite facility in a professional shared house or a self contained studio (Price negotiable) No agency fees or credit checks as I'm renting a room not an entire property, if that's what you require then please do not waste my time or your own with contacting me. I can provide character and work references as well as pay a small deposit if required provided it's registered . I'm Full time employed in a professional and responsible role and am out more than I'm in. Will share with young minded happy clean professionals who can respect one and other.

It must be en-suite facility I'd not be interested in anything else due to personal reasons, I do not wish to share a bathroom even with one who may often be away.
