Active, clean, friendly and sociable housemate.

I'm a 31 year old female. I've just completed my PhD studying cancer biology at the University of Bristol, and I am about to relocate to Oxford to start a Postdoctoral research role based at the Old Road Campus Research Building in Headington (start date 19th January). My ideal move in date is 15th January.

My main interests and hobbies are: fitness/gym (I'm a fitness instructor/PT!), hiking, cycling, reading/listening to audiobooks or podcasts, exploring new places, cooking, board games and music/ going to gigs. I’m also into drawing and painting (currently loving a paint by numbers!).

I'm pretty independent, and I like my own space, but I also love being social and spending time with friends, and as I'm moving to Oxford, it would be great to make new friends with the people I'm living with :)

As a housemate, I’ll always be up for doing things together, such as cooking or eating out together, having chats over a coffee or drinks, watching TV/films, playing board games, exploring Oxford or going on hikes! However, I will always respect your space and I’m never loud!

I would like to live with people who keep their homes clean, hygienic, and tidy - this is a dealbreaker for me! In past house/flatshares, I've been the one to do most/all of the cleaning, which I don't mind as long as others keep the space tidy :)
