Female teacher needs new room in RG4

I am a 33yr old teacher who works in Woodley. I currently live in Caversham and have lived here for 8 years. My previous landlady sold up in June and so I had to move but unfortunately I don't feel completely happy where I am now so am now looking for a new place that is a better fit for me. Caversham is home to me so I want to stay in the RG4 area.
I'm friendly, sociable, laid back and also tidy! I don't really want to be in a house share where people are constantly coming and going as I want somewhere that will feel like home. For this reason I prefer 4 person max houses with a lounge area. Ideally I would like to live with people who like to socialise as well as doing their own thing.

I have a car and drive to work so parking close to house is a non-negotiable. Won't consider houses without parking. Happy to apply for permit, currently have one.

£650 is my top budget that I'm willing to go to.
