Mon-Fri room for a college student

Hi there,

My son is going to be starting college in January and I'd like for him to have somewhere to stay in the week when he attends college, before coming back to Bedfordshire at the weekend. He is 16 years old and ideally if a parent is renting their child's room out during uni this would be the perfect arrangement, as the let won't be needed outside of term time.

He is a very polite and tidy boy, and will be learning culinary studies.

Please let me know if this arrangement suits.
