Looking For A Double Room/Open To Buddy Up

Hello lovely people! I'm easy going, friendly, quiet, respectful, tidy. I like outdoors, walking, hiking, outdoors, camping, music, cooking, watching movies but I'm not the type being glued to the sofa all the time, but I do like the odd binge on the rainy days.

I'm looking for (ideally a double room, en-suite is not a must, but would be nice) in SW, preferably in Barnes, Mortlake, East Sheen, Putney, Richmond, Kew, Twickenham, Chiswick, Hammersmith maybe even Wimbledon. I need an easy commute to work, as I work in childcare so me being late can have an impact on the parents commute to their work too.

I'm looking for somewhere where the kitchen is big enough for an occasional dinner together, a glass of wine or something stronger when life gets hard (not it will help in a long term, but might do at that moment lol) but doesn't mean I drink every day.

Ideally the place should have at least a small living room. I can't imagine to live just between my bedroom-kitchen-bathroom-bedroom... I like to chill and have an occasional conversation or that binge TV night.

Ideally I would like the room to be unfurnished, at least partly as I have my own bed which is in the storage at the moment.

I like to share with likeminded people who likes from time to time to socialise together, as well as doing their own things. Prefer similar age like me, don't mind if someone have pets (apart from the big hairy spiders) as happy to look after them in their absence.

Ideally maximum 3 people including me.

At the moment I do have a place to stay, but my landlord is thinking of selling. He just had an agent over last week to view the house, so might be the time to start looking.

My budget is around £750, but might possibly stretch a bit more for the right place with the right people. Flexible with moving days, plus minus end of February 2026.
