Looking for a cozy house to call home!

Hi there! My name is Laura, currently working as a barista while looking for jobs in community engagement and applying for PhDs in environmental anthropology 🌿

I am looking for a double room in a house with a shared living room. I hope to find clean, respectful, kind, lgbtq+ friendly flatmates who care about making the place feel like home. I am passionate about nature, anthropology, climate and social justice, but also movies, books, music, gigs and art. I am quite active and like to be out and about, exploring London and trying new things (mostly arts and crafts) Lately I am trying to get into cycling long distance! I volunteer at a local NGO to create a conservation areaI would like to find a cozy place where to feel safe and at home, and where I feel like I can stay for a few years. I am vegetarian/vegan (trying my best!).

I deeply love Stoke Newington and have found my community in Hackney. I would say I spend lots of time outside but I also like to watch movies and cooking so will be home most evenings of the week, while my current barista job, passion and social life keep me out of the house a fair amount.
