Hello Potential Housemates!

I’m Adam, 35, currently working in head office for a luxury fashion brand. I am a domesticated, friendly, sociable and considerate housemate having lived in numerous flat/house-shares over the past 15yrs. I enjoy photography, cinema, museums and galleries, long walks, meeting up with friends, afternoons spent window shopping and day trips/weekends away.

I am looking to live with friendly people that are clean and tidy, easy-going and considerate of others. It's always nice to live with people that you can get to know and hang out with occasionally, either at home or out and about. I generally meet up with friends away from the place I live as there are many great bars/restaurants/cafes in London so don't see the need to bring friends over. I'd be seeking a like-minded approach from the people I live with.

I’m currently based in Colliers Wood but have decided that I want to move closer to Clapham/Vauxhall/Elephant & Castle. Being close to the tube or decent bus/train connections is really important. The flat/house needs to have fast broadband, a decent shower, be clean/tidy with modern shared space. My budget is up to £1,450 including bills. The room itself needs to be fairly big as I have a lot of clothes/shoes and will potentially work from home a couple of days per week.
