Professional Male Seeks Houseshare

Hi all,

I'm Tim, a friendly, professional, gay male. My current landlady is selling up, so I'm looking for a double room in a house or flatshare, ideally located in Zones 1-2 (or 3 at a pinch!). Would like to pay up to £950 pcm including bills. A garden or balcony would be a major bonus.

I am easy-going, enjoy good conversation and have a good sense of humour. Sociable, but I also need my own space at times to recharge (my job in Children's Safeguarding is stressful!), so I would prefer a largely peaceful house share, rather than a 'party house'. My interests include the arts, meditation, gym, yoga, personal development, current affairs and nature/ecology.

I am responsible about keeping a clean and tidy home and ideally my housemates would be the same; so would potentially be up for having a cleaning rota and/or paying towards a cleaner.
