Professional female seeking home in Bristol

Hi, I'm Charlotte. I'm looking for a new place to call home as my tenancy here ends in October 2023 and the home-owners are returning to the UK and need their lovely house back!

I come with a bike, and a car, but no furniture.

My ideal house setup is where the energy is relaxed and open, people can socialise together and hang out (always up for dinners together and shared cooking fun) but we’re free to come and go as we please, without expectation. As a housemate I’m warm and sociable but need time to recharge as much as I do interactions, so a balance of others seeking the same would create the most natural fit.

I'm clean, tidy and conscientious. Believe in contributing equally to make a home feel balanced and therefore relaxed. I think it's generally better to agree upfront what the expectations are, and to be the type of people who can chat about it periodically without getting funny with each other. House shares sometimes need adjustments along the way and good comms is always a winner.

I have a pretty varied and active social life, which has introduced me to some great people. I like to cook, run, dance, write, draw, socialise with mates - dinner parties are especially great! - and eat out at all the amazing food spots Bristol has to offer. I'm a big foodie & I love good wine. And I'm always up for trying something new. So far that's included Blues Dancing, sound baths, supper clubs, cold water swims, improv theatre and, when I first moved to Bristol, unintentionally ending up at a Tribe of Frog night... a true Brizzle baptism! If you know, you know ;)

I’ve been living in Bristol 2 years and have a great group of mates here but I'm always up for, and open to, meeting friends of housemates and integrating where poss. The more the merrier.

Most importantly would love to live with those who are kind, respectful, grown-up, considerate, good souls.
