Looking for double room en suite preferred

I am looking for a double room preferably en suite but not a must in a friendly clean tidy house/flat share or a buddy up. I work 20-45 hours a week as an ambulance driver. I do not work night shifts so that’s a plus. In my spare time I am usually out and about in nature. I am vegan so would be great to live with vegan/ vegetarian people but not a necessity.
