52 year man & 3 cats seek for a studio, Bills Inc!

Hi there. I'm 52 year man looking for a studio, 1 bedroom flat, bungalow, log cabin, or else, for myself and my 3 lovely cats Rocky(5), Sara(5) & their baby Mina(3) with a garden, garden access or at least ground level for us to call home for long term. My cats are healthy, spayed, chipped, quiet, house clean, litter trained and they don't scratch furniture or anything else they shouldn't.

It actually doesn't matter at all, where my new home gonna be, as long there is any public transport kind of close by to get to essential shops for groceries.
But I would prefer to be not to close to the city (London), as more countryside as better, while I need it kind of quiet and green, especially for my cats.
Anywhere in South England, Greater London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Essex and anywhere else around London will do!

Live at the moment about 3.5 years in a nice and quiet neighbourhood in Shirley, but need to find a new home for long term ASAP due to property changing plans of my current landlord.

The rent needs to be: All Bills Included !!!
It should be around +/- £1.000,- depends where it will be, countryside less, city (London) more.
It needs to be within the LHA of the specific postcode of my future home, while I live from benefits due to various disabilities and health conditions.
I do not need 'disability access'!
Rent will be secure and paid via housing benefits, but directly from me to you.

I'm flexible in times to come for a viewing!
