Room wanted Close To Durham/Sunderland city centre

Hi my name is Lee, I am 34 i work for the NHS at Lanchester road hospita in Durhaml so I want to move closer to there or somewhere that has good public transport links to there.

I live a quiet and reserved lifestyle so I'm not looking to share with anyone in a party house, this however does not mean I'm unsociable, I am talkative with the right people :)

I am an honest upfront person and feel its best to put this here...

i am going through a lot of lifestyle changes at the moment to heal from health issues bladder issues stress and anxiety so i need the least stressful environment as possible and i will always appreciate people like their own privacy, own space and have their own interests, i am described as a calm, composed person with a positive mentality that loves to make people laugh whenever i can!

No sharing with 2 or 3 people as dont want to live in a crowded house.

I am a first time renter who is willing to pay any deposits or fees in cash.

You can always expect me to help with anything round the house, cleaning washing up you name it.
