Looking for a peaceful sociable home in Clapham

I’m looking for a laid back and sociable house share in south London. I’ve recently moved back from a working holiday in Canada where I was living and working in a backpackers hostel so I have lots of positive experiences of living communally. I’d love to find a place that feels like a home, with a peaceful yet social dynamic and housemates who are up for occasional pub nights or picnic days.
For work I am a buyer working hybrid in the office and at home, but generally prefer to go to the office. I also often go on work trips and am keen to make the most of being in Europe by travelling a bit more in my free time.
Hobby wise I really value being active and healthy living, and I love getting out in nature on hikes as much as I can. For downtime I enjoy knitting and reading. My main office is 25 minutes out of London but I also have access to an office in London Bridge so an ideal location would be easy links to Clapham junction. Budget up to £1,200 and a shared outside space would be a bonus!
