Outdoorsy professional looking for roomy house

I'm a 37 year old professional with an interest in most things that involve the outdoors, especially climbing.

I currently live in Maybush area of Southampton, but the place I'm renting is becoming unavailable. I would like to stay in the general SO16 area as it's quieter than in the city and has good access links but I am struggling to find somewhere suitable on my own.

I work 4 days a week (currently from home) and like to keep active in my spare time with a range of hobbies including running, cycling, climbing, walking and generally exploring.
I'm an active member of Southampton Climbing Club and regularly spend weekends and weeks away on trips. I also try to get down to the local climbing wall twice a week.

Also enjoy chilling out watching TV and having a couple of drinks. During lock down I got into gardening and growing my own veg, so would like a place with a garden.

Pretty easy going but like a house to be clean and vaguely organised, but I don't get irritated at mess. I have quite a lot of stuff related to my various hobbies, so would need somewhere with a room that can be used as storage and a workout / gym room.

I do have a cat, who is 7 years old. Her main interests are eating, and sitting on your lap.
