Looking for room to rent quiet respectful tenant

I'm laid back don't party just work, go gym and sleep an see my son sat and Sunday daytime as he lives at my mum's. I am out most of the day I do man and van and buy and sell phones so busy doing either one. Normally out of evening too most days,

I gave my flat up in December to go in house share whilst save for deposit for a house but have had a bad time, first one was with people who worked nights and had no regard for others routine shouting every morning at 4am waking me up so after 2 months came to another one which has been great until now due to new people in house who have ruined it.

Can't believe how unlucky ive been but really just want to share with someone normal 🤣🤣 I'm really chilled out and if got any issues I'll just say, I'm busy trying to build a better life and have no time for drama.

I can provide reference I've never been a day late with a rent payment in my life since was 17, hopefully hear back from you if not then not a problem thank you, Wayne.
