Proffesional Looking for a flat asa

Im wanting to move in very soon. Im a Personal Banking Manager, who is extremely Clean, Respectful and all around funny person. Ideally I'm looking for something a bit nice than where i am right now, Im here to make the persons house i move into an easy experience as they are giving me an opportunity to live in a better set accommodation and will reward them with endless funny stories and helping clean and cook for them.
