Room Wanted for Professional.

Hey there.

I'm 26 and looking to rent a room/annexe in Bury or surrounding areas. I work full time mon to Fri for an insurance agency, in office and plan to remain here for a while. I’m very tidy, friendly and easy going. I do have my son weekends from Friday to Sunday - he’s 5, so am looking for a large room or even 2 rooms. In my spare time I like to watch footy, darts and F1, or go to the cinema. I spend a lot of my free time out and about, especially the weekend when I have my son.

I understand my situation isn’t the usual with having my son on the weekends, however i am happy to pay more than the usual rent amounts to make up for this.
