Week Day Flexible Arrangement

I'm a 45 year old professional male working in Worcester but living in West Wales. I am looking for a flexible agreement whereby I can stay in Worcester approx 3/4 nights a week.

I am looking for a flexible agreement as the days I need to be in Worcester for work will change! If you feel a night rate agreement would work for you please get in touch and we can discuss.

Preferably somewhere quiet, comfortable and close to work (Worcester)! I don't work from home so I wont be at the property during the day. I just need somewhere clean, warm and quiet for my evenings and to sleep.

As its will only be temporary my preference is somewhere that is already furnished and bills included but finding the right place and landlord is most important to me. I’m sure having the right tenant is as important to you.

The right place for me would have parking, double bed, washing machine, internet, cooking facilities along with all the usual living requirements.
