26 year old seeking double room

I'm taking a year out of work to do a masters in Environment and Development starting this September and looking for a friendly house to join. I'm planning on working pretty much 9-5 so you can think of me more like a professional than a student.
I'm very easy going, like chilling out watching films, running, cooking, getting a drink at the pub (covid permitting), all the usual stuff. I'm really looking to find somewhere homely that I can make more than just a place to crash.
I'm looking for a double room, available to move in from 01/09/2020 but am flexible on dates and have a budget of up to 500pcm.
Happy to share with males or females, ideally in their 20s/30s as I'll be new to Leeds and would hope to become good friends with the people I live with. If you've got a room that sounds like a good fit, please drop me a message!
