Room WANTED in Edinburgh

Hi there

My name is Rebeca, Im a 37yr young woman, working as a self employed cleaner for 'luxury' flats and Im also a freelance artist / designer. I live in Edinburgh for 10 years and lived before that in Germany and Romania and speak all 3 languages fluent and trying to learn Spanish as well. Lived mostly around Leith these years, but other areas are super fine too. I have an e-bike I use as daily trasnport.
I will be away for my cleaning jobs a few hours per day, sometimes even in the weekend. From time to time I work on my laptop in my room, or rent a studio, when I have a bigger design or art project I get commissioned to do, besides my cleaning jobs.
Im very tidy, clean and happy to help, whenever you need anything, as a flatmate.
Im a quiet person that likes their peace while at home, no party flats please and I would be very respectful to how we share the space and to our daily ruitine but Im also very friendly and chill and we can chat or share a meal, have a laugh etc.
Preferably id like to live with 1-2 mature people that can clean after themselves, due to bad previous experience with immature flatmates. The monthly price can be discussed.
Besides making art, all types of it, I like to cycle, read, be outside and go for walks or sit at the beach, visit exhibitions, and Im currently learning how to skateboard. Its a bit scary but fun :)
I wont have groups of people over or party, as Im not that type of person anymore :) I go out occasionally with friends to gigs, events or just a few drinks, but never bring people home really. Besides my partner might visit me 1 evening per week for a chill movie in my room or to have a meal together. I will go to his most of the time anyways, no worries.
If you have a room, preferably with a double bed space, Please contact me, I have a pretty new mattress, so could even bring that. Im not too fussed about what furniture there is as long as there is some storage space. I love animals so if you have pets, thats very welcome :)

Im pretty flexible time wise, so can come for a viewing when it would work for you.
