Double room with a dog

Hi, I’m looking for a room in the Kent area. I own a house in Wales, but I travel to Kent every other week for work, so I wouldn’t be there full-time. For this year, I’m hoping to rent a place I can stay when needed, rather than relying on Airbnbs or hotels, as I’m planning to buy something next year.
I have a Border Collie who would occasionally stay with me, though not on every visit. Please let me know if you have any availability. Thank you.
