I am looking for a 'home away from home' in a comfortable, peaceful, friendly environment with lovely, non-smoking, genuine housemates, ideally 2 max.


I'm a creative professional working in sustainable development and founded my arts charity over a decade ago.

I like to travel, draw, paint, write, attend alternative gigs/cinema, happy to socialise and can also chill in my own space.

No toxic/racist landlords or housemates, ( I am a non-practising Sikh, please do not make assumptions about me, due to my skin colour), no scammers or timewasters. You will be reported.

Searching for a property is difficult enough, without having to weed out not so nice people online or in person.

Cleanliness and a nice environment is ideal near the riverside or a greenspace if no garden is available.

Looking for a furnished, large double room (bills included only) around zone 2-3.

Happy to live with meat eaters, vegans, flexitarians, creatives, musicians. Happy to go for a drink or 2 on the odd occasion!

I have lived in multiple areas in London including Wood Green, Greenwich, Leytonstone and Hackney so I am familiar with the surroundings.

Always have time for positive, balanced people who are looking to grow as individuals and maybe partial to Sci-fi, Eastenders and have a sense of humour.
