Hi,
I'm looking to secure a double or single room from the beginning of June. My budget for rent is ideally £400 to £500 per month with bills included required. I currently study at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire on a 3 year degree course, and I work as stage crew around venues in Birmingham. Ideally looking for a room in central Birmingham/Jewellery Quarter/Edgbaston/Moseley, potentially Selly Oak or Handsworth/Handsworth Wood, but don't want to be more than a 20 minute bus ride from the city centre. I'm a mature guy, young at heart and easy to get along with, but I'm not looking for a party house, nice quiet and sociable with a decent sized room to retreat to for my own personal space would be ideal!
I am a clean, kind and considerate housemate. I like to have a balance of sociable and also respecting each others privacy.
I can provide great references on request from previous landlords. Hopefully meet you soon!
