PhD researcher looking for room or buddy up

Hey,

I'm Mark, 27 year old gay male. Started my full time PhD at UCL two years ago for 4 years. I have been working as a civil engineer of hydrology for the past three years and now do it part time on a contract basis - Flood Risk Consultant

I'm looking for a room or even to find a few people and look for a flat house together. I'm clean and tidy, relaxed and sociable and would want to find housemates and a house which is friendly sociable and can be called home.

I enjoy the gym, my research, staying in with Netflix and also going out. My weeks will be very busy with my work so would also want a place which has the normal standard consideration for other housemates :)

Also need a parking space for my car to get to work out of town on thursday.

Give me a shout if I sound a fit.

Preferably looking around Clapham Common, easy to get to Euston Station. Walking distance would be amazing....but I am realistic ;)
