Professional female and ginger cat seeking buddyup

30 year old female in full time employment looking for a buddy up to rent a two bedroom house in or around Falmouth. I come with a beautiful ginger house cat called Flash, he's bloody huge but the sweetest boy ever. I am looking for a proper, long-term home with another professional person. I am fitness and nutrition obsessed, a part time yoga teacher and keen cook. I work lots, gym even more and like to get outside a fair bit so I'm out of the house a lot. I get up pretty early so wouldn't live well with someone who wants to socialise at home in the evenings too much, I am also very clean and appreciate cleanliness in others. I'm looking to a find a two bed place to share with someone long term, in Falmouth or in one of the surrounding villages. Ideally looking for somewhere with parking, two bathrooms a plus and log burner essential ☺️ looking for somewhere up to 1400 a month.
