Chill buddy Up, Tidy

Looking for a buddy up for a 2/3 room house share.
Needs to be pet friendly as I have an 11 y/o beagle Lola. Would prefer a room near Crouch End/Highgate/Finsbury Park/Green Lanes areas but not a deal breaker. Looking for a double room. Looking for chilled out and tidy flatmate/s, don't mind if you smoke just not in the house. If you like dogs/dog walks then you're welcome to join us too.

I have flexi working 10-6, and spend 3 days of the week in the office with my dog. On Mondays and Fridays I work from home. I'm a social person and I'm also independent too, so would enjoy dinner, wine and films with house mates/guests but also appreciate everyone needs some personal time too. Not looking for a party house but love dinner parties etc. I'm clean and tidy, pretty easy going with flatmates but need bathroom and kitchen clean. Feel free to watch tv all day and come talk to me freely. I would like a safe place to live and for it to feel like a home, ie. no drama.
I sometimes send the dog off for a night or two so I can go out for dinner or go away for events.
