Looking for a room that meets (preferably all) the below criteria

- decent double room
- furnished (at least basics: bed, chest of drawers/waredrobe)
- bills included
- preferrably a small household ( e. g 2 other flatmates)
- clean and well kept place
- considerate flatmates who enjoy a quiet and peaceful environment
- all amenities

In return you gain a very nice, considerate, mature flatmate. I am clean and tidy. I try to be active during the weekend so you'll have the place to yourself at times.

I like to cook but i promise i will open the windows and not hold the kitchen space for too long. 😁

I have been living in my current tenancy for 4 years and i have lived with the landlord so he can provide references.
I am a very serious tenant and take good care of the property i am renting.

I don't throw parties and would not want to live in such a house. I do have family/friends/partner over but we mostly keep to my room and try to be outdoors as much as possible.
