I'm a quiet man, so I prefer a quiet house where the neighbours are NOT noisy! I like reading books, learning and exercising. I prefer Northfield (B31) because my workplace is here.
I DO NOT WANT to share the property with anybody else!!! It will be only for me.
I can afford safely from £700 to £850/month.
